Ali Lucia is a well-known American television news anchor who presently hosts WCCO’s weekly program “The Morning.” She previously worked as an intern in the WCCO sports department.
She began her career as a weekend sports anchor in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Later that year, she began hosting ‘This Morning’ on WCCO-TV. Lucia had previously interned at the station in the sports department. She has also hosted the Stars pre/post-game show on Fox Sports Southwest.

Ali received her first job as a production assistant and feature reporter for FOX Sports in Rochester, New York, a year after she received her bachelor’s degree. She worked there from May 2006 to December 2007.
Later, she worked as a producer and anchor for Quincy Media’s KXLT-DT, where she spent four years as the primary anchor of Fox 47 and as a producer, anchor, writer, and photographer for Fox 47 News. While in this position, Ali served as a sideline reporter for the Big Ten Network for three months in 2010, and she also covered the St. Paul Saints for four months that year.
She began working as a weekend sports anchor, producer, video editor, and photographer for LIN Media’s WAVY-TV in 2011 and remained there until March 2013.
