He was employed as a production assistant for Fox News Channel’s daytime programming after graduating from the University of Michigan, where he learned a lot about how to get stories to air. As a result, he decided to pursue the Fox News Multimedia Reporter program as his next move.
He spent two years in Las Vegas as a rookie reporter in the field, learning as he went. Unfortunately, his most prominent national story was the 58-person shooting at a country music festival in Las Vegas. Besides covering countless entertainment stories, Andrew covered the release of OJ Simpson from prison, the legalization of marijuana in Nevada, and the 2018 primary election season.
He got the unusual opportunity to work as a campaign embed during the 2019 political primary season, just before his LiveNOW experience began. Initially, he traveled the country covering the several Democrats running for President, but he was later assigned full-time to Sen. Bernie Sanders’ campaign. He is in his third year at LiveNOW, having previously worked for FOX. He lives in Phoenix.
