On the New England Sports Network, Andy is the color commentator for the Boston Bruins (NESN). His first experience as a broadcaster occurred while working for the Grizzlies and taking part in broadcasts while injured. WBZ Radio hired him as a color analyst on Bruins radio broadcasts in 1996.
Andy was chosen as Derek Sanderson’s replacement on Bruins television broadcasts by UPN 38 in 1997. He began working for NESN in 2000, originally covering road games alongside broadcaster Dave Shea. Beginning with the 2005-06 season, Andy called all games, traveling with Jack Edwards and returning home with Dale Arnold.
