He left the station two months and joined Arena Football League as a Play-by-Play Announcer. There, he worked for Indiana Firebirds for five years as an announcer and later announced for Philadelphia Soul for four years from 2004 to 2008.

He also worked at WHAS-TV as a host and play-by-play announcer. He joined Big Ten Network in September 2009, where he served for seven months as a Sports Commentator and later joined Minnesota Vikings Football as a Pre-season play-by-play announcer.

He worked at the station for four years before working at the Mountain West Sports Network as a Play-by-Play announcer. However, in March 2012 he left the network.
