Ben Shephard is an English journalist and presenter presently serving at ITV. Shephard co-host the breakfast show Good Morning Britain alongside Kate Garraway, Susanna Reid, and Charlotte Hawkins since joining in April 2014.

Previously, Shephard appeared as the main presenter for GMTV currently known as ITV Breakfast Broadcasting Limited. He has appeared as a presenter on several television shows including Dancing on Ice Friday (2010), What’s Cooking? (2013), and Dancing on Ice Exclusive (2017) among others.

During his free time, Shephard enjoys participating in charity and actively supports Holly Lodge Centre, Haven House Children’s Hospice, and Cystic Fibrosis Trust. He raises funds for charities by participating in different physical challenges.
