As a true freshman defensive end backup Bradlee played for Utah in six games, recording two sacks and four tackles. During his sophomore year, he began one at defensive tackle and 9 games at right defensive end for the Utes, registering 3 forced fumbles, with a team-leading 39 total tackles, and 7.0 sacks.

Bradlee began all 14 games (the last 11 at right defensive end) as a junior. Bradlee was named first-team All-Pac-12 and led the Pac-12 Conference with 8.0 sacks and completed third in the conference with 15.5 tackles for loss together with 2 forced fumbles, 51 total tackles (fifth on the team), three passes broken up. Bradlee regarded entering the 2019 NFL Draft, though in the end chose to go back for his senior season.

Afterward, it was disclosed in the media, that his struggles against the run and the team’s defensive end depth were the causes for his lack of playing time. Bradlee was put on the reserve/COVID-19 list on September 24, 2021, and was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list on October 6, 2021. After committing a defensive offsides penalty against the Minnesota Vikings on fourth-and-5 in the second quarter Bradlee was waived on November 2, 2021.
