DaQuan Steven Jones is an American football defensive tackle playing for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. The Tennessee Titans drafted him in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He previously played college football at Penn State. Before spending the 2021 season with the Carolina Panthers, he played his first seven seasons in the NFL with the Titans. DaQuan signed with the Bills in 2022.

Some analysts rated DaQuan as the number one overall defensive tackle coming into the 2013 season. The Tennessee Titans drafted him in the fourth round (112th overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft. He recorded his first career sack against the Colts in Week 17 of the 2014 season, tacking on four tackles including a forced fumble. On January 1, 2017, he scored his first touchdown after recovering a fumble in the end zone.

In 2017, he started the first 12 games before suffering a torn biceps. He was placed on injured reserve on December 4, 2017, and later finished the season with 31 tackles and a career-high 3.5 sacks. He signed a three-year, $21 million contract extension with the Titans on March 14, 2018.

DaQuan was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list by the team on September 29, 2020, and was activated on October 11, 2020. He finished his final season playing for Tennessee with a career-high 49 tackles. On April 20, 2021, he signed a one-year contract with the Carolina Panthers.

On March 16, 2022, DaQuan signed a two-year contract with the Buffalo Bills. In Week 5, he suffered a pectoral injury in the 25-20 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was placed on injured reserve on October 11, 2023, and was activated on December 30.
