Kevin spent time as a graduate assistant at Arizona and his alma mater South Florida after his playing career. Furthermore, Kevin had stints with the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs as a quality control coach and offensive assistant prior to joining the Tennessee Titans as an assistant wide receivers coach in 2014.
Patullo was employed by the New York Jets to work as the quarterbacks coach for the 2015 season. Due to his lack of coaching experience at the time, he was considered an unusual hire, he was employed as he had former experience with both starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and Jets offensive coordinator Chan Gailey from his stint in Buffalo. On January 3, 2017, Kevin was sacked together with five other assistant coaches.
Kevin joined the staff at Texas A&M as a senior offensive analyst after his termination from the Jets. In 2018 Kevin was employed by the Indianapolis Colts as the wide receivers coach.
