Maureen O’Boyle is an eminent American television reporter and news anchor. Currently, She serves at WBTV News 3 located in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a lead anchor and anchors the weekly report “Stretching Your Dollar.” O’Boyle has been the anchorwoman for the TV shows A Current Affair and Extra. Maureen reported on May 2, 2022, that she will be leaving WBTV in June 2022.

In 1995, O’Boyle became a weekend anchor and news reporter serving for the Los Angeles-located TV series Extra. In 1999, She left television to be a full-time mother.  In 2004, Maureen returned to her hometown, to join WBTV  along with Paul Cameron as the station’s top female anchor. Maureen since 2018 Cameron’s retirement has been the station’s main anchor and de facto face.
