She was announced to be serving for Sky Sports in December 2011 covering the 2012 F1 season. Her predominant role for the 2012 season was pit reporting throughout the practice sessions, qualifying, and the race alongside other commitments such as interviews. Natalie replaced Georgie Thompson in 2013. George is her close friend. Natalie replaced her as host of The F1 Show. Additionally, She has become a key member of the Sky Sports F1 team over the following years.
Pinkham became the first woman in 2021 to commentate on a Formula One session on British television when she led Sky’s commentary of the first practice at the 2021 Bahrain Grand Prix. At the time, She served alongside Karun Chandhok and Jenson Button.
