Neil Everett is an American news sportscaster. He presently serves for ESPN as a sportscaster. Neil is well known for co-anchoring along with Stan Verrett the West Coast edition of SportsCenter. Everett started his broadcasting career serving at KCST-FM located in Florence, Oregon Coast.

In July 2000, He joined ESPN as the anchorBefore that, Neil worked from March 2009 for the company’s new Los Angeles Production Facility. While there, Everett along with Stan Verrett co-hosted the 1 a.m. ET edition of SportsCenter. He joined ESPN after serving for 15 years at various affiliates in Honolulu. Neil served at KGMB-TV, the CBS affiliate. While there, his role was to be the weekday anchor and the sports director.

During those 15 years, Neil moved from behind the scenes to being in front of the camera being an editor and producer.  He served as an associate producer and also assignment editor before getting a shot on weekends when the regular sports anchors were off duty as a sports anchor. Prior he launched his TV news career, Nail served at Hawaii Pacific University as an assistant athletic director and also a sports information director.
