Nicholas decided to participate in the show because he wanted to put himself to the test mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. He also wants to make a big difference in the world via all of his initiatives and outreach, whether it is for the kids he works with, autism, or his mentorship program for poor youngsters. A life experience that has prepared him for the game? He has spent his entire life as a martial artist. He began Yang-style tai chi when he was six years old. It is teaching him a lot about mental fortitude. He thinks he will be the sole survivor because he will unmistakably be himself. He will not waver in his pursuit. He is prepared to endure and to do whatever it takes.
This fall, seventeen new participants and one returning player will compete for the million-dollar prize and the title of Sole Survivor. A marine-turned-truck driver, a critical care nurse, a school principal, a therapist, an investment analyst, and three attorneys round out the cast. It also includes the return of Bruce Perreault, who was medically evacuated from the previous season after hitting his head on a beam during the first task.
