On May 1, 2021, Quintin was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent. On August 31, 2021, he was waived during final roster cuts but was signed to the team’s practice squad the following day. On October 26, 2021, he was promoted to the active roster for the team’s Week 9 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars and made his NFL debut in the game. On January 24, 2022, Quintin signed a reserve/future contract after the Bills were eliminated in the Divisional Round of the 2021 playoffs.

On September 19, 2022, the Bills hosted the Tennessee Titans on Monday Night Football where he made his National Football League debut and finished the game with 28 offensive and 19 special teams snaps. On October 15, 2023, Quintin caught the go-ahead touchdown pass to lift the Bills to a 14–9 win over the New York Giants.
