KARE 11’s Sarigianopoulos is a reporter and anchor. In 2012, she received regional Emmys and a National Edward R. Murrow Award for hard news reporting. After several years of anchoring and reporting at WITI in Milwaukee, Sarigianopoulos joined KARE in 2005. She’s also worked at Madison, Wisconsin’s WKOW and Dubuque, Iowa’s Fox40.
She started her career as a producer at WKBN-TV. Sarigianopoulos worked at the station for over a year before she left in early 1997. She later joined KFXB-TV after she left WKBN-TV and was a reporter there for a few months before she left in 1998. Sarigianopoulos then moved from KFXB-TV and later joined WKOW-TV in the same month she has since worked as a reporter and anchor for four years covering different topics.
