He was reunited with his former Georgia inside linebackers coach, Kevin Sherrer when he was drafted by the Giants. He was placed on the active/non-football injury list by the Giants on July 28, 2020, at the start of training camp. On August 9, he was activated. He missed the first week of the season due to a hamstring injury.
