The show aired at 12:30 on WTNH ( ABC Affiliate) from Monday to Friday. In November of 2010, Teresa joined the station.

In November of 2010, She became part of News 8 and in July 2021 left the channel. Dufour joined the channel as the Traffic Anchor and the host of CT STYLE. Before Teresa started serving at various Connecticut television stations, before even making the move to New Haven. Teresa worked at KTVE/KARD based in West Monroe, Louisiana for two good years.
While working there, She had the opportunity to cover the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The hurricane caused over 1,800 deaths in the southeastern United States in August 2005. She started her career in Hartford after graduating from college working a series of stations under Westwood One. Since joining News 8, Teresa Dufour assumed a different role most important being a Mom!
