She attended Pennsbury High School in Fairless Hills before attending Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama in Pittsburgh. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting in 2017. In 2014, she began her acting career, appearing in two short films.

She also appears in Quentin Tarantino’s comedy-drama film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in 2019 as Leslie Van Houten, better known as Lulu. Pedretti also played Love Quinn in the second season of Netflix’s thriller series You, which was released on December 26, 2019.
