Kenny played in one game as a freshman and caught a 15-yard pass prior to redshirting the season to shift from wide receiver to tight end. In Kenny’s redshirt freshman season, he had 14 receptions for 136 yards. Yeboah completed his redshirt sophomore season with 13 catches for one touchdown and 154 yards. Kenny joined the transfer portal to play at a different program for his final season of eligibility after the season.

At first, Kenny committed to moving to Baylor to play for Matt Rhule, who had formerly coached him at Temple, though after Rhule left the school to become the head coach of the Carolina Panthers Kenny de-committed. In the end, Kenny moved to Ole Miss for his final season. Kenny completed the season with 27 receptions for six touchdowns and 524 yards. Yeboah disclosed on December 17, 2020, that he was forgoing the remainder of the 2020 season and joining the 2021 NFL Draft.

On May 7, 2021, Kenny was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New York Jets. On August 31, 2021, Kenny was waived, and the following day he was re-signed to the practice squad. On October 9, 2021, Kenny was promoted to the active roster, for the team’s game against the Atlanta Falcons in week 5, and in the game, he made his NFL debut. The Jets signed Kenny to their active roster on November 16, 2021.
